At the end of a half-mile driveway lined with oak trees, you’ll find a gorgeous historic mansion surrounded by gardens, wooded grounds, and Arrow Lake. It feels romantic and completely tucked away. Capacity: Up to 200 guests, depending on the space. Arrow Park recommends approximately 150 to 175 guests for the best flow and experience. Off-season guest count: Arrow Park recommends weddings of 50 guests or fewer during off-season months.

Arrow Park is a private Hudson Valley estate with a historic mansion, gardens, a lake and beach area, wooded trails, and a separate Banquet Hall. Couples can use several areas of the property during their Arrow Park wedding. This creates an easy flow from getting ready and the ceremony to portraits, cocktail hour, and the reception.
How Much Does an Arrow Park Wedding Cost?
The starting cost for an Arrow Park wedding ranges from $12,500 to $30,000, depending on the season and day of the week. These venue fees do not include catering, bar service, outside vendors, taxes, or the 23% service fee.

What Does the Arrow Park Wedding Package Include?
Arrow Park’s Exclusively Yours package includes private use of the estate for one wedding, access to multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, and an eight-hour event with a ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and afterparty.
The package also includes:
- Access to two getting-ready suites beginning at 12:30 p.m.
- A venue coordinator and event staff
- Basic setup and breakdown
- Tables, chairs, linens, and cloth napkins
- Two golf carts with drivers for guest transportation
- On-site parking for up to 200 guests
- A two-hour beach bonfire afterparty for up to 50 guests
- An indoor weather backup
- A one-night mansion stay for Friday and Saturday weddings
A Sample Arrow Park Wedding Investment
For a peak-season Saturday, the package price is $30,000. After the 23% service fee, New York sales tax, and lodging occupancy tax are added, the venue and overnight stay come to approximately $38,905.
This total is before catering, bar service, photography, florals, entertainment, and other wedding vendors are added.

Catering at Arrow Park
Arrow Park does not provide its own catering, but the venue works with four recommended caterers who are already familiar with the property. As of August 2026, couples can choose from:
- Love + Rosemary: Approximately $100–$120+ per person
- Chef Cava: Approximately $120–$150+ per person
- Catering by Anthony: Approximately $120–$150+ per person
- Bartleby & Sage: Approximately $150–$200+ per person
Couples can also hire a full-service caterer outside of this list for a $1,500 outside catering fee. The caterer must provide proof of insurance and bring everything needed for service, including waitstaff, plates, cutlery, and other dining supplies.
Food trucks are also welcome and don’t require the $1,500 fee as long as they provide proof of insurance and do not cook in or use Arrow Park’s kitchens. Couples may also choose an outside bakery for their wedding cake. All outside vendors must be self-sufficient and handle their own service supplies, cleanup, and trash removal.

Bar Packages at Arrow Park
Arrow Park provides its own bar service, and outside alcohol is not permitted on the property. Each five-hour package includes one hour of cocktail hour service, four hours during the reception, bartenders, standard glassware, a ceremony water station, a champagne toast, house wine, setup, and cleanup.
Current bar package estimates include:
- Beer, wine, and two signature drinks: $60 per person
- Standard open bar: $70 per person
- Premium open bar: $80 per person
Arrow Park provides one bartender for every 50 guests. Weddings with 120 guests or more receive an additional satellite bar during cocktail hour. Weddings with 150 guests or more also receive one during the reception.
Couples can add extra bar hours, welcome champagne, upgraded wine selections, or a scotch package. A 20% gratuity and 8.125% New York sales tax are added to all bar packages.

The Arrow Park Afterparty
Arrow Park’s two-hour afterparty includes a bonfire on the beach, a personal attendant, and beer and spiked seltzers for up to 50 guests. If the weather changes, the afterparty can move inside the mansion, where the fireplace will be lit.
The afterparty and rental of the mansion’s 12 overnight rooms are included in the Exclusively Yours package. Afterparties cannot take place on the property without renting the overnight rooms.
Wedding Spaces at Arrow Park
One of the best parts of planning an Arrow Park wedding is having so many different settings on the property to choose from. Couples can get ready inside the historic mansion, exchange vows beside the lake or surrounded by gardens, enjoy cocktail hour outdoors, and move into an indoor space for dinner and dancing.
Each area has its own atmosphere, giving couples plenty of flexibility when planning the flow of their day. Below, we’ll take a closer look at the ceremony and reception spaces available at the Arrow Park wedding venue, along with how they can be used and what they look like in real wedding photos.
The Historic Mansion at Arrow Park (Indoor)
The Mansion at Arrow Park is such a gorgeous part of the venue. It feels grand and like you’re in a different world, but still warm. The main floor includes several rooms that can be used for ceremonies, cocktail hour, dinner, or dancing, all with beautiful views of Arrow Lake and the surrounding forest.
During the warmer months, the terrace is a great spot for a smaller wedding or a relaxed cocktail hour with drinks and food. Upstairs, couples and their wedding party can get ready and stay overnight, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the property from the very beginning.

The Mansion Courtyard (Outdoor)
The Mansion Courtyard can host an outdoor reception, cocktail hour, or ceremony close to the historic mansion. The Courtyard can accommodate up to 175 guests, although Arrow Park recommends approximately 150 for the most comfortable layout and flow.
The Ceremonial Garden (Outdoor)
The Ceremonial Garden is a romantic option for couples who want to exchange vows surrounded by trees and greenery. With space for up to 220 guests, it works well for both intimate and larger outdoor wedding ceremonies.
The Lakefront, Beach, and Forest (Outdoor)
Couples can also plan a lakefront ceremony for up to 200 guests, exchange vows barefoot on the beach, or choose a more secluded ceremony among the trees. These settings give an Arrow Park wedding such a relaxed and personal feeling, while also creating beautiful variety for portraits throughout the day.
The Pavilion (Banquet Hall) at Arrow Park (Indoor)
For couples planning a larger Arrow Park wedding, the Banquet Hall gives plenty of space for dinner, dancing, and celebrating with up to 200 guests. However, Arrow Park recommends keeping the guest count closer to 175 for the best experience. It sits beside the main garden, which makes for an easy transition from an outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour into the reception.
The Banquet Hall can also serve as an indoor backup when the weather changes. Having that option already on the property gives couples more peace of mind while still allowing them to plan for an outdoor wedding.
Getting Ready & Staying at Arrow Park
One of the best parts of an Arrow Park wedding is being able to stay and get ready right on the property. The mansion has 12 guest rooms and can sleep up to 28 people, giving the couple and their closest loved ones more time to settle in and enjoy the estate.
The second floor includes overnight rooms and larger spaces where the couple and wedding party can relax and get ready together. The third floor has three full suites with private bathrooms, although this level is not wheelchair accessible.
The mansion room rental is already included in Arrow Park’s wedding packages, along with the afterparty. Both are required for Friday and Saturday wedding dates.
The Cottages at Arrow Park
The Cottages at Arrow Park are located across from Arrow Park’s main entrance. Each cottage has four bedrooms with double beds and can sleep up to eight guests, providing space for up to 16 people between them.
The cottages have a simple, nostalgic Catskills feel and include everything guests need for a comfortable overnight stay. Each has a bathroom, sitting area, microwave, coffee maker, compact refrigerator, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. During the warmer months, Adirondack chairs and picnic tables create a peaceful place to relax outside.
Arrow Park follows an exclusive-use policy during weddings and private events, so the cottages are only available to people attending that celebration. Ask the venue whether cottage accommodations are included in your package or reserved separately.
The Best Places for Arrow Park Wedding Photos
One of my favorite things about photographing an Arrow Park wedding is how many different settings are available without ever leaving the property. From the historic mansion to the lakefront and wooded grounds, couples can create a gallery that feels varied while still staying relaxed and present throughout the day.
The Historic Mansion and Courtyard
The mansion exterior and courtyard are perfect for portraits that show off the character of the venue. The architecture adds a classic estate feel, while the surrounding greenery keeps the photos warm and natural.
The Tree-Lined Driveway
The tree-lined driveway is one of the most beautiful places for Arrow Park wedding photos. It creates such a romantic, tucked-away feeling and gives couples plenty of room for walking portraits, wide shots, and quiet moments together surrounded by greenery.
The Ceremonial Garden
The garden is a gorgeous spot for portraits surrounded by trees, landscaping, and seasonal color! It also works well for wedding party and family photos after an outdoor ceremony.
Arrow Lake and the Beach
The lakefront is such a romantic area of the property, especially later in the day when the light begins to soften. Couples can use the water, beach, and open views for peaceful portraits that feel a little different from the rest of the estate.
The Wooded Grounds
The forest and walking paths offer a quieter setting for couples who want photos surrounded by nature. These areas are especially lovely for candid walking photos and a few private moments together away from the celebration.
Inside the Mansion
The mansion also gives couples indoor options for portraits when the weather changes or when they want something more intimate. The windows, historic rooms, and architectural details add variety while keeping the photos connected to the Arrow Park wedding venue.
A Sample 10-Hour Arrow Park Wedding Timeline
Natalie and Jared wanted their Arrow Park wedding day to feel relaxed, and their 10-hour photography timeline gave them plenty of space to enjoy it. It was perfect for a peaceful, nature-filled venue like this one. They could take their time getting ready, be present with their closest people, and still fit in portraits without the day feeling rushed.

1:00–2:00 p.m.
Photography coverage begins. I photographed the bride’s details, including her dress, shoes, rings, jewelry, veil, invitation, flowers, perfume, and vow book. My second photographer captured the venue and groom’s details.
2:00–3:00 p.m.
Candid getting-ready photos and final touches for both wedding parties. Hair and makeup were scheduled to be finished by 2:45 p.m.
3:00–3:30 p.m.
Solo portraits of the groom.
3:00–3:15 p.m.
The mother of the bride got dressed.
3:15–3:45 p.m.
The bride’s mother helped her into her dress and veil.

Planning for Rain at Arrow Park
Arrow Park has a full indoor plan in place if the weather changes. Ceremonies can move into the Great Room of the mansion, and the main floor is then transformed for cocktail hour. Receptions take place inside the Pavilion, while afterparties can also move into the mansion.
Some couples choose to arrange a tent as an additional rain option. However, Arrow Park does not provide the tent or cover the rental cost, so this would need to be coordinated separately.
What Guests Should Know Before an Arrow Park Wedding
Arrow Park is a beautiful estate with gardens, wooded areas, stone and wooden walkways, and plenty of outdoor space to explore. With that said, some surfaces are uneven and the main ceremony garden is on grass. Guests should plan for comfortable shoes or wider heels will make it much easier to navigate on these surfaces.
Couples should share parking, shuttle, and lodging details with guests before the wedding. Because of the historic design of the mansion, it is not wheelchair accessible. Couples with guests who have mobility needs should speak with Arrow Park about the spaces included in their plans and what accommodations may be available.
Tips for Planning an Arrow Park Wedding From a NY Wedding Photographer
After photographing a full wedding day at Arrow Park, there were so many little things I noticed that couples may not find on the venue’s website. From my favorite places for photos to planning enough time to enjoy the property, here are a few tips based on my own experience photographing a wedding here!
I love the architecture in The Mansion. It’s beautiful and when you get there, it’s like you’ve arrived in another country.
I LOVE the bridal suite and the room where the groom gets ready. The natural light that we can get through the windows is amazing. I also love the garden. During sunset photos, you can get the venue in the background with the beautiful sunset.
Honestly, you can take photos around the property any time! There are so many beautiful spots around the property that we can find and it has perfect lighting all the time.
Yes, if they really want a good amount of photos inside the venue and outside, they should consider having time for that in the timeline. The property is big and has so many places to take photos, but we need to have the time for it.
Literally, any kind of couple that wants a very Tuscan, romantic, Italian-inspired wedding!
